Chemical Overload is a deck- and tableau-building game about apprentice alchemists competing in a final examination. Players acquire chemicals, flasks, and potions; newly gained cards go to the top of the draw pile, creating unusually deliberate deck control. Brewed potions provide points and ongoing powers, while an escalating toxin track can shorten the exam before everyone completes their plans.
