Read the full game description

Brink is a high-interaction worker-placement game in the Moonrakers universe. Over three rounds, every player deploys three differently sized ships to an expanding hex map. Each placement gathers resources, performs actions, and builds power in the faction matching that region. Influence and favors can be traded openly, turning every turn into an opportunity for negotiation even when another captain controls the active ship. Players hire ambassadors, upgrade their fleet, pursue faction objectives, and attach riders that reshape the coming council vote. At round end, influence is committed secretly and revealed together; only the two leading factions score, multiplied by each player’s power in those colors. Because the map is discovered during play and alliances can change with a single trade, a promising engine never becomes an isolated solitaire puzzle. Brink rewards long-term positioning, credible deals, and the ability to recognize when yesterday’s ally has become today’s obstacle.
