Battles of Medieval Britain is a book-format solitaire wargame by Mike Lambo. Each scenario provides its own hex map, forces, objectives, and opposition flow, allowing a player to set up quickly with ordinary dice and counters. Movement, terrain, combat odds, and enemy priorities create a brisk tactical puzzle without requiring a separate board. The design favors approachable rules, short sessions, and repeated attempts at historically inspired battles rather than a linked campaign.
