Balconia is a two-player spatial strategy game about constructing a shared apartment complex. A numbered token selects the next four-sided building block. One player divides its adjacent faces into two possible orientations, and the opponent chooses which side to claim and where the block enters the 5×5 frame. The roles alternate as residents, cats, flowers, and other details create scoring patterns on both facades. Every placement improves one view while inevitably reshaping the other.
