Axis & Allies: 1941 compresses the familiar global conflict into one of the series’ quickest entry points. Germany and Japan face the United Kingdom, Soviet Union, and United States as players manage wartime economies, purchase units, move armies and fleets, and resolve battles with dice. Its smaller force pools and simplified setup keep the strategic geography recognizable while bringing a full campaign within a few hours. The result is a team-based war game that works especially well as an introduction to the broader system.
