23 Knives is a social deduction and negotiation game set in the Roman Senate after Caesar crosses the Rubicon. Each citizen secretly serves the loyalists, the liberators, or personal ambition. Players place influence, offer bribes, trigger events, and argue over the fate of Rome while trying to read the motives behind every vote. If at least twenty-three knives reach the Curia, Caesar falls; otherwise the loyalists preserve his rule. Opportunists pursue their own scoring conditions regardless of the larger cause.
